Key Responsibilities:A. Estimation & Costing
Prepare BOQ for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems.
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical).
Develop cost estimates based on material, labor, and equipment.

B. Tendering & Procurement
Assist in preparing tender documents, scope descriptions, and cost breakdowns.
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for technical and commercial compliance.
Assist procurement in preparing comparison sheets.

C. Cost Control & Reporting
Monitor and control cost against budget for all MEP activities.
Identify and evaluate variations and submit VO claims.
Prepare cash flow forecasts for MEP works.
Track project financial progress and produce cost reports.

D. Billing & Measurements
Carry out site measurements for installed MEP works.
Prepare interim payment certificates (IPCs).




Verify subcontractor invoices and certify payment.
Prepare final accounts upon project completion.

E. Coordination
Work closely with MEP Engineers, QA/QC, and procurement teams.
Assist project managers in decision-making by providing cost impact analyses.

Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
3+ years experience in MEP QS roles.
Robust knowledge of MEP materials, systems, and installation methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Costing Software, and quantity take-off tools.
Solid analytical and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
