We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Chief Sales Manager to lead our sales function and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead client acquisition efforts and build a strong pipeline of current business opportunities.
Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's client base.
Maintain robust relationships with key clients and ensure long-term business partnerships.

Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a leadership role.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
Robust strategic thinking, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Experience in the advertising, branding, digital marketing, or media industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
