We are hiring experienced IT Sales Manager (Deal Closers) who have a strong background in selling website development, software solutions, and digital services.

Job Location: Durgapur (In-Office)

Key Responsibilities:
Convert inbound & outbound leads into paying clients
Understand client requirements and pitch IT solutions
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closure
Close projects related to web development & software services
Coordinate with internal team after deal closure

Requirements:
Minimum 1–3+ years experience in IT Sales / Software Sales
Proven track record in deal closing
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Experience in handling national/international clients is preferred
