Enter and update product details on e-commerce platforms
Process and manage customer orders accurately
Maintain records of inventory, fabrics, and product specifications
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in Excel sheets
Coordinate with the operations team for order dispatch and updates
Basic knowledge of e-commerce order processing
Understanding of fabrics/materials (preferred)
Solid skills in Advanced Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, data management)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Experience in data entry or e-commerce roles
Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
