Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media content strategies.
Create monthly content calendars.
Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, reels, and platform updates.
Ability to create visually appealing and engaging social media creatives.
Brainstorm creative campaign and content ideas.
Write engaging captions and optimize posts with relevant hashtags and keywords.
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Monitor performance using insights and analytics to improve results.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.

Requirements
1+ years of experience or fresher in Social Media Management.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook.
Excellent knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Creative mindset with a robust aesthetic sense.
Experience in content planning and campaign execution.
Valuable copywriting and communication skills.




Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
