About the Role

On A Trip Holidays is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Trip Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel bookings, assisting customers before and during their trips, communicating with vendors, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic and international travel packages.
Assist customers with tour planning, bookings, and travel-related queries.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
Prepare travel itineraries and booking confirmations.
Monitor ongoing trips and resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after their travel.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain customer records and booking details.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Intermediate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
0–2 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or customer service industry.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.




Valuable communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi are preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 - 20,000/-
Sales incentives as per the Company's incentive schemes.
Annual performance-based salary increment (10%–20%).
Complimentary lunch every Wednesday and Saturday.
One complimentary domestic trip after completing one year of service (employee only).

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
