Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help generate current business opportunities and support our sales team.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
Contact potential clients and schedule meetings.
Explain our services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
Prepare and share proposals when required.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Update daily activities in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales and recruitment teams.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Target-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
