About the Company:
Acrowell Labs is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company expanding its business across India through monopoly-based PCD Pharma franchise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective distributors, medical representatives, and stockists across India to promote the company products.
Explain product portfolio, Net Rates, MRP structures, and close deals.
Convert fresh leads into franchise partners and secure advance payments.
Manage and follow up with existing clients for repeat orders and monthly targets.
Coordinate with dispatch and billing teams regarding shipments, stock availability, and promotional materials.
Resolve client queries related to transport, billing, and order status.
Achieve monthly sales goals.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in PCD Pharma / Franchise Sales / Pharma Telecalling.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
Ability to handle objections and close deals over calls.
Target-driven and relationship-focused attitude.
Work Location: In person
Note: Fresher and candidates with prior PCD Pharma B2B experience will be shortlisted.
