Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced laboratory tests and experiments with minimal supervision.
Assist in designing and optimizing protocols for research or quality testing.
Supervise and train junior lab technicians and interns.
Oversee day-to-day lab operations, ensuring timely completion of tests.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments; troubleshoot technical issues.
Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of procedures and results.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Tele -calling staff, Phlebotomist, Clinical staff).
Manage inventory and procurement of lab supplies, chemicals, and reagents.
Participate in internal and external audits or inspections.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
MLT / DMLT/PGDMLT
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on laboratory experience, with a proven track record of working independently in NABL Laboratory.
