Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences.
Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers confidently.
Build robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash/POS transactions.
Manage inventory, stock movement, and daily product checks.
Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent after-sales support.
