We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our presence in the entrance automation market. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Conduct in-house and field sales meetings to present our gate automation solutions.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions based on client needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide post-sales support and maintain ongoing client communication.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automation or related industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings.
