Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Social Media Influencer to represent our real estate portal across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, showcase properties, educate audiences about real estate, and help generate leads through compelling storytelling and social media engagement. Similar roles in the industry focus heavily on property walkthroughs, short-form videos, community engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook videos.
Host property walkthroughs and project showcase videos.
Present real estate market updates, investment tips, and home-buying guides.
Build and maintain a personal and brand presence on social media.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop monthly content calendars.
Participate in live sessions, Q&A;, and customer interactions.
Stay updated with social media trends and viral content formats.
Coordinate with photographers and video editors during shoots.
Track content performance and recommend improvements.




Generate qualified leads through engaging digital campaigns.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Solid on-camera presence and presentation skills.
Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Understanding of social media analytics and trends.
Passion for real estate and digital storytelling.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or any relevant field (preferred).
Experience as a content creator, influencer, anchor, or presenter is an advantage.
Portfolio or links to social media profiles are required.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury content.
Knowledge of Meta Ads and influencer marketing.
Ability to travel for property shoots and events.

Social media follower growth.
Engagement rate.
Video views and reach.
Lead generation from social media.
Brand awareness and campaign performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
