Receive, verify, and process customer orders in the system.
Ensure order accuracy, including pricing, quantities, product codes, and customer details.
Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Track order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Resolve order-related issues, including discrepancies, cancellations, returns, and amendments.
Generate invoices, delivery documents, and other order-related reports.
Maintain accurate customer and order records.
