Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Medical Representatives to promote the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales. Freshers with a positive attitude and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and generate prescriptions for the company's pharmaceutical products.
Meet doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals on a regular basis.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and communicate product benefits effectively.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Submit daily call reports and sales reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure product availability by coordinating with stockists and distributors.

Eligibility Criteria




Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.
