Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
Inspect materials for quantity and visible quality before acceptance.
Maintain proper storage of raw materials, bought-out items, consumables, tools, and finished goods.
Issue materials to production as per authorized Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
Update all inward and outward transactions in ERP/software or inventory registers.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and support annual physical inventory.
Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels and inform the purchase department when replenishment is required.
Ensure proper labeling, bin identification, FIFO/FEFO implementation, and material traceability.




Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store following 5S principles.
Ensure secure storage and handling of materials.
Report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and discrepancies immediately.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation.
Follow company safety, quality, and inventory control procedure

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
