Job Description – Kitchen Staff (Commis 2 / Commis 3)

Position: Commis 2 / Commis 3 – Kitchen Staff
Department: Kitchen Operations

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily kitchen preparation and cooking activities.
Support senior chefs and kitchen team members during operations.
Prepare ingredients, chopping, cutting, and basic food preparation.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Follow standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen area, equipment, and workstations.
Handle food storage properly and maintain freshness.
Support smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen role preferred.
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
Positive teamwork and discipline.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)
Position: Full-time
Location: Bangalore
Salary: Based on experience

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
