Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and development prospects for team members to enhance their skills.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
Technical Experience :
Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.- Strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes.- Experience with ETL - Extract, Transform, Load processes and data warehousing concepts.- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
