Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic, confident, and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating business leads, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team to increase sales of our cement tiles and related products.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, builders, contractors, architects, and retailers.
Explain the company's products, pricing, and ongoing offers.
Generate qualified sales leads and schedule meetings for the sales executives.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Excel or CRM.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships through regular communication.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate technical or commercial issues when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth customer service.
Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English communication skills.
Pleasant and qualified telephone etiquette.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Positive attitude and ability to work under targets.
Valuable follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
