Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in routine microbiological laboratory activities
Perform media preparation, sterilization, and culture handling
Conduct microbial testing (water, food, pharmaceutical, environmental samples as applicable)
Support quality control and documentation as per SOPs
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety standards
Record observations and prepare basic reports
Assist senior microbiologists in research and testing activities
Follow GMP, GLP, and biosafety guidelines

Eligibility Criteria
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology
Freshers or recent graduates
Basic knowledge of microbiology laboratory techniques
Willingness to learn and work in a lab environment
Positive observation and documentation skills

Skills Required




Basic understanding of microbiological concepts
Familiarity with laboratory instruments (autoclave, incubator, laminar airflow, etc.)
Attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and SOPs
Teamwork and discipline
