Job Title: Legal Consultant
Location: In office (In-person)

Role Overview:
We're looking for specialists with 5+ years of experience in real estate and corporate law.

Your Role:
Draft, review & negotiate JDAs, MoUs, development agreements, sale deeds, contracts & other legal documentation.
Lead legal due diligence for land acquisitions and title verification.
Handle litigation, NI Act matters & coordinate with external counsels.
Work closely with banks & financial institutions on project financing documentation.
Advise leadership on legal strategy, negotiations & risk management.
Maintain litigation MIS and provide timely legal updates.

What We're Looking For:
LLB/LLM with 5+ years of experience
Solid expertise in drafting, litigation & property due diligence
In-depth knowledge of real estate, corporate & contract laws
Excellent analytical, negotiation & communication skills
A commercially minded legal professional who thrives in a quick-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
