Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within a designated geographical area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and ensure strong customer relationships. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and training, and monitoring performance to drive overall sales growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales specialists, including setting transparent objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing training and development.
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities, cultivate leads, and expand the customer base within the designated territory.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and inform sales strategies.
Build and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Manage the sales budget for the assigned area, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to provide coaching, support, and direct customer engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
