Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative New Product Development (NPD) Executive to support the end-to-end product development process, from concept generation to commercial launch. The ideal candidate should have experience in product innovation, cross-functional coordination, market research, and product testing to ensure successful product commercialization.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and launch of new products in line with business objectives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging industry trends.
Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Develop product concepts, specifications, and documentation.
Plan and execute product trials, validations, and pilot runs.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on customer and market feedback.




Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Prepare project timelines, progress reports, and product-related documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for raw materials, samples, and packaging development.
Support cost optimization and value engineering initiatives during product development.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE Mechanical & Diploma Mechanical)
2–5 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD), R&D;, or Product Management.
Understanding of the complete product development lifecycle.
Experience in product testing, validation, and commercialization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
