Role description

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) or Endpoint Management.
Hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Intune Administration – Mandatory, including:
Windows Autopilot (image provisioning and device enrollment)
Windows Update for Business (WUfB) patch management
Deployment profile configuration
Device compliance and configuration policies
Conditional Access policy support
Endpoint security and device management
Endpoint Management
Microsoft SCCM (MECM)
Solid knowledge of:
Windows 10 & Windows 11 Administration – Mandatory
Software Deployment and Patch Management
Device Management
Windows Installer (MSI/MSIX), Registry, Services, and File System
Experience with:
Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops or VMware Horizon
Application Packaging (MSI, MSIX, App-V, EXE)
InstallShield, Advanced Installer, AdminStudio, or similar packaging tools
PowerShell Scripting – Mandatory




ServiceNow – Mandatory
Solid troubleshooting, automation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
