We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage daily HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and ensure smooth office functioning.

Responsibilities

● Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting

ads and managing the hiring process.

● Look after the onboarding of current joiners in the office.

● Plan different activities for the employees.

● Maintain employee records (attendance, time tracker) according to policy

and legal requirements.

● Take feedback from the employees and make sure that they are

comfortable.

● Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and

systems.

● Provide counseling on policies and procedures.





● Develop training and development programs.

● Assist in performance management processes.

● Support the management with disciplinary and grievance issues.

● Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

● Maintain record on employee upskilling and areas of improvement.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 0 - 1 Year of Experience
Education: Must have an MBA degree in HR or any other equivalent degree.
Excellent communication and writing skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
