We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead our branch sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing overall business, driving team performance, mentoring existing sales staff, and achieving branch revenue targets. The role requires robust leadership, sales management, client relationship skills, and the ability to maximize productivity from the existing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Increase overall branch revenue through effective sales planning and execution.
Train, mentor, and motivate Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
Improve productivity and maximize output from the existing team.
Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions.
Develop strategies to increase client acquisition and customer retention.
Ensure achievement of targets for:
Demat & Trading Accounts
Mutual Funds & SIP
Insurance
Loans
Other Financial Products
Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
Analyze sales reports and implement improvement plans.
Build robust relationships with existing and recent clients.
Coordinate with management for business development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
