We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves calling, reaching out to potential clients, explaining company products/services, and generating leads to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or leads
Clearly explain products/services and their advantages to customers
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into opportunities/sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and lead status

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and basic English
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer handling




Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer/mobile usage skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales
Candidates with prior experience in customer service
Women candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
