Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations
Lead, motivate and manage the branch team
Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition, franchises development.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies

Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in stock broking / financial services
Strong leadership, communication,



and client-handling skills
Ability to meet targets and manage branch operations independently
