We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Guest Relation Manager (GRM) to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay by delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B; departments.
Maintain positive guest relationships and collect feedback.
Ensure service standards are followed at all times.
Support VIP guest arrangements and special occasions.
Prepare guest reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations / Guest Experience / Front Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Ability to work in shifts and in a team setting.
