Roles and Responsibilities:
Teach Chemistry to students as per the MP Board syllabus in Hindi medium.
Prepare lesson plans, study material, and teaching aids.
Conduct interactive classroom sessions to make learning effective and engaging.
Assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and exams.
Guide students in practical experiments and ensure proper understanding of lab work.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
Provide extra support to students who need additional help.
Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching methods and academic results.

Required Qualifications:
Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in chemistry or a related field.
Preferred: B.Ed. degree (optional but desirable).
Experience:



Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in MP Board schools (Freshers with robust subject knowledge may also apply).
Strong command over chemistry concepts and ability to explain them in Hindi.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and teaching skills in Hindi.
Positive classroom management and student-handling skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
Ability to motivate students and make learning enjoyable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
