Job Title: Sales Executive – FMCG

Location: Bhatapara
Salary: ₹15,000 –18000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell FMCG products in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of market trends, distribution channels, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Visit distributors, retailers, and wholesalers regularly to ensure product availability and visibility.
Develop recent markets and onboard potential dealers/distributors.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure proper product display, stock rotation, and timely order collection.
Maintain relationships with key customers and resolve issues promptly.




Prepare daily sales reports and share market feedback with the management team.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
Target-driven and self-motivated.

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (B. Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
