We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Tele-Sales Executive who can effectively engage with prospective clients, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication with a customer-centric approach. Key Roles & Responsibilities

● - Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided data.

● - Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and convert them into qualified prospects and sales prospects.

● - Schedule meetings/site visits for the Sales Team and ensure all relevant details are updated in the company's CRM system.

● - Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, follow-up status, and lead updates in the company's CRM system.

● - Achieve daily calling, follow-up,



and lead generation targets while ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

● - Coordinate with internal teams regarding lead progress, customer feedback, and meeting outcomes to ensure smooth sales execution.

Eligibility & Requirements

● - Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

● - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and/or English.

● - Robust telecalling, negotiation, and sales pitching abilities.

● - Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

● - Ability to build rapport with customers, handle objections professionally, and maintain a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹8,624.05 - ₹31,175.74 per month
