Job Summary

Oberon Overseas Education & Migration is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Student Counsellor to guide students through their overseas education journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for counselling, and the ability to achieve admissions and enrolment targets. Job Responsibilities
Counsel students on study abroad prospects in countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other destinations.
Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable courses and universities.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate guidance and timely follow-ups.
Maintain solid relationships with students throughout the admission process.
Meet monthly counselling and admission targets.




Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team for smooth application processing.
Maintain student records and update CRM/software regularly.
Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in study abroad counselling is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM).
Strong sales and counselling abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a quick-paced environment.
