Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and review civil engineering projects including residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project reports.
Conduct site inspections, surveys, and feasibility studies.
Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
Review and approve contractor work, materials, and project deliverables.
Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and technical presentations.
Support procurement activities by evaluating technical proposals and vendor submissions.
Implement quality control and risk management procedures throughout the project lifecycle.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Civil Engineering).
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
Solid understanding of construction methods, structural principles, and engineering standards.
Knowledge of local construction regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes.
Qualified Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is an advantage.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, ETABS, or similar engineering software.
Solid knowledge of structural design, site development, and construction management.
Experience in project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Familiarity with quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and project costing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
