Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: ₹0 – ₹7,000/month (based on interview performance)

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Intern to support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Post job openings across platforms Support employee engagement and HR activities .




Assist in onboarding coordination

Key Responsibilities:
Any pass-outs pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and LinkedIn
5.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
