Job Title: Assistant Manager – Electrical

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring electrical works for construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, lighting, cable laying, and earthing.
Ensure electrical work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, and resolve site-related issues.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to meet project timelines.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material availability and verify material quality.
Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Verify contractor measurements, work completion, and bills before certification.




Monitor project costs and support budget control and cost optimization initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
Coordinate with utility authorities and other stakeholders for approvals, inspections, and energization.
Ensure proper documentation, including inspection reports, test certificates, as-built drawings, and project records.
Support project handover, snag rectification, and final documentation.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems, power distribution, transformers, panels, cable laying, and electrical testing.
Familiarity with electrical standards, safety regulations, and relevant codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and other project management tools.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and BOQs.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Experience
5–8 years of experience in electrical project execution, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
