Job Description – Receptionist

The Genius Squad is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and clients in a courteous and skilled manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Manage visitor records and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office correspondence.
Provide basic information about The Genius Squad's programs and services.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and office coordination.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Required Qualifications




Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a customer service role (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Skilled appearance and customer-focused attitude.
