Job Responsibilities

Generate leads through social media marketing strategies.

Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.

Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.

Create attractive posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.

Execute organic and paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads).

Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.

Increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer inquiries.

Coordinate with the creative, video editing, and production teams.

Stay updated with social media trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.

Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and lead generation campaigns.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.

Excellent content planning and posting skills.

Creative mindset with good communication skills.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
