Role Overview
Interact with clients via calls, email, or online platforms
Understand basic client requirements
Explain company services/products in a easy way
Maintain follow-ups and update lead status

Eligibility
Preferred: B.Sc / BCA / B.E (IT background)
Any graduate with good communication can apply
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
