We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our diagnostics team. In this role, you will collect patient samples and perform essential medical tests to help our physicians diagnose, monitor, and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Because our hospital focuses on productive, high-quality primary care, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate results within quick turnaround times. Key Responsibilities: Sample Collection: Perform secure, qualified blood draws (phlebotomy) and collect other patient specimens like urine or swabs. Lab Testing: Conduct routine diagnostic tests in hematology, biochemistry, clinical pathology, and serology using automated analyzers. Quality Control: Calibrate lab equipment, run daily control samples,



and troubleshoot errors to maintain exact testing standards. Reporting: Log test results accurately into the hospital system and immediately alert doctors about critical or abnormal values. Safety & Compliance: Follow strict infection control protocols and dispose of biomedical waste safely according to guidelines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
