Job Description – RM Store Executive

Reporting to: Stores Incharge

Purpose:

To ensure effective receipt, storage, preservation, inventory control, and timely

issuance of raw materials required for uninterrupted production while maintaining GMP,

FIFO/FEFO, and documentation compliance.

Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Raw Material Store and ensure compliance with GMP and safety requirements.
Receive, verify, unload, identify, and store raw materials as per approved procedures.
Coordinate with Purchase, Quality Control, Production, and Planning for timely receipt,sampling, approval, and issue of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation and proper storage conditions for all materials.
Process GRN, material receipts, stock transfers, returns, and related documentation in ERP.




Issue approved raw materials to production against authorized requisitions and maintain traceability.
Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, registers, and inventory documentation.
Conduct cycle counts and stock verification; investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate disposal/return of rejected, expired, or non-conforming materials as per procedures.
Monitor housekeeping, pest control, and material preservation within the RM store.
Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
Lead store personnel, allocate work, and monitor performance.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
