Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our energetic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of financial products or services to help clients achieve their goals while contributing to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand clients' financial needs, objectives, and risk profiles through in-depth discussions and analysis.
Proactively identify and pursue current business opportunities within the existing client base through cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services.




Present and explain complex financial products and services clearly and concisely to clients.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure continued alignment of products/services with client goals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless client service and issue resolution.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance, sales activities, and market insights to management.
Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
