Job Description:
A Retail Team Leader is responsible for staff leadership
Store Sales & target achievement performance
Floor operations, and engaging a team, achieving sales goals, managing inventory, and implementing visual merchandising strategies.
The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, analyzing sales data, and ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed.
Experience & Qualification:
+2 or above & Minimum 2 plus years experience as a Team Leader like MAX, Trends, Zudio, or Fashion Store etc.
