Job Description:
We are looking for a Fresher Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users and assist with hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic technical support to users.
Install and configure Windows OS, software, and applications.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
Configure email, system settings, and user accounts.
Troubleshoot basic LAN and network connectivity issues.
Maintain IT assets and update support records.
Escalate complex issues to the senior IT team.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware.
Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, and networking.
Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work in an IT support setting.
Qualification: Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech / Any IT-related qualification preferred.
