Key Responsibilities:
Drive monthly and annual sales targets for two-wheelers.
Manage and lead the sales team, including Sales Executives.
Plan and execute local marketing activities, campaigns, and events.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports.
Maintain stock levels and coordinate with inventory/logistics.
Ensure proper documentation and billing process.
Build relationships with finance partners for vehicle loans.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Improve branch profitability through effective cost control.
