We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, training centers, trainers, mobilization staff, and management to ensure timely completion of operational tasks, proper documentation, reporting, and effective communication across projects.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational activities across centers and departments.
Monitor batch schedules, training activities, attendance, and operational timelines.
Maintain and update operational records, reports, and MIS data.
Coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, placement teams, and center managers for smooth project execution.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
Track pending tasks and follow up with concerned team members for timely closure.
Support project implementation, batch planning, assessment scheduling, and certification coordination.




Ensure proper documentation of student records, attendance sheets, assessment files, and project-related documents.
Assist in inventory, asset, and center resource coordination.
Communicate operational updates, issues, and escalations to the reporting manager.
Support compliance with organizational SOPs, HR policies, and project guidelines.
Coordinate meetings, maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action points.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations coordination, administration, project coordination, or training operations.
Freshers with robust coordination and communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
