We are looking for experienced and dedicated professionals with hands-on experience in shipment updates and logistics coordination. This role is strictly for candidates who understand real-time tracking, proactive communication, and operational accuracy.

Requirements
Minimum 1years of hands-on experience in Updates / Track & Trace / Logistics Operations
Robust experience in providing real-time shipment updates
Hands-on experience with tools/platforms such as Samsara, PCS, MacroPoint, Motive, or similar tracking systems
Excellent communication and follow-up skills with drivers, carriers, and customers
Ability to manage multiple loads and update systems accurately
Good knowledge of Excel, email communication, and logistics portals
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities




Provide accurate real-time shipment updates to customers and internal teams
Follow up with drivers/carriers for current location and ETA
Update tracking systems and maintain proper load records
Communicate delays, issues, or exceptions professionally and promptly
Coordinate with Dispatch and Track & Trace teams to ensure smooth operations
Ensure all updates are timely, accurate, and meet customer expectations
Local Candidate required

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
