Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated CA Article Assistant to join Exactitude International. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Corporate Compliance, and Advisory Services while working with a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers an excellent learning setting to build a solid professional foundation under the guidance of experienced Chartered Accountants.

Responsibilities

· Finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts.

· Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

· Prepare and file returns, audit reports, and regulatory submissions.

· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning exercises.

· Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and regulatory frameworks.





· Liaise with auditors, financial institutions, and government authorities.

· Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights for management decisions.

· Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications

· (CA) from ICAI.

. Both group transparent ( Transfer cases not allowed )

· Strong command of Taxation, Audit, and Financial Reporting.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
