Key Responsibilities:
Windows Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems on desktops and servers.
Server Review: Monitor, audit, and maintain server health and performance; assist in troubleshooting server-related issues.
Microsoft Office Setup: Install and configure Microsoft Office applications across user systems.
Firewall Knowledge: Understand basic firewall configuration and ensure proper security settings are in place.
Switch & Access Point Configuration: Assist in the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of network switches and wireless access points.
IT Call Troubleshooting: Provide timely support for daily IT issues raised by end-users via calls.
Data Backup: Ensure regular backups are performed and verified; support disaster recovery procedures as needed.
Daily Call Report Generation:



Maintain logs and generate daily reports of all IT service calls and resolutions.
Antivirus Installation: Deploy and manage antivirus software across the organization to maintain endpoint security.
Robust knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office suite, and basic networking concepts
Familiarity with switches, APs, and basic firewall settings
Experience with backup tools and antivirus solutions
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to generate reports and maintain documentation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
