Business Development Executive – B2B Industrial Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong background in B2B Industrial Sales. Candidates must have experience in selling industrial products/services to manufacturing companies, OEMs, factories, or industrial clients. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, manufacturing companies, factories, and industrial clients.
Identify customer requirements and offer suitable products/services.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and close business deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.




Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify current business opportunities.
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Mandatory Requirements
3–8 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales.
Experience in OEM Sales, Manufacturing Sales, Factory Sales, or Industrial Product Sales is mandatory.
Robust understanding of industrial customers and sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
