Job Summary

Responsible for handling plant HR operations including blue-collar recruitment, time office management, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, grievance handling, absenteeism control, and employee relations for smooth shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment of skilled, semi-skilled, and helper manpower.
Manage attendance, overtime, leave, shift roster, and biometric records.
Prepare payroll inputs including wages, overtime, deductions, and contractor attendance.
Ensure compliance under Factory Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, CLRA, and other labour laws.
Maintain statutory records, registers, and support compliance audits/inspections.
Handle employee grievances, counselling, discipline, and shop-floor coordination.
Monitor absenteeism and implement corrective actions.
Prepare HR MIS reports related to manpower, attendance, and compliance.




Coordinate with production and contractors for manpower planning and deployment.

Required Skills
Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Solid MS Excel and documentation skills.
Experience in plant/shop-floor HR operations.
